From around 2011 the Cambridge Methodist Circuit began a process of giving a new level of priority to Methodist mission activity in Chesterton. One aspect of this process was to hope and pray for a way to improve the church premises which had not seen a great deal of investment over the past two decades. Over time, a way forward emerged and we can thank God for the developments which have already been made possible and which are still hoped-for.
