Worship

At CMC we meet at 10.30am on Sunday mornings.

We seek to be a friendly, gentle and inclusive worshipping community, creating an informal and inter-generational space where everyone can feel they can belong. We know that there are different ways that we all experience the world and connect with God. We sometimes gather around tables and always have colouring pencils available - for all ages!

"Feast: Church around tables" is the name that we use for how we do church twice each month. It involves a friendly mix of food, conversation, craft, bible story, song, prayer, celebration and quietness, - faith, hope and love.

Once a month we have a service which includes Holy Communion - everyone is welcome to all the services we have, and children are invited to share the bread and wine. The wine shared in Methodist Churches is alcohol-free.

Sunday 14th December (Third in Advent) Carols at 10.30 am. Come and sing your heart out! Carols. Comfort. Connection. All are welcome(FEAST), led by Mr Kirk B.  

Sunday 21st December (Fourth in Advent) Christingle and Carols at 4 pm for all ages, led by Deacon Ian Murray.

Thursday 25th December CHRISTMAS DAY WORSHIP at 10.30 am, led by Deacon Ian Murray. Start Christmas with something deeper. 

Sunday 28th December - NO SERVICE (service at Wesley at 10.30 am).
